About ASPIRE 2023:

ASPIRE 2023 offers dynamic rotations and assignments in various engineering roles,
providing Program Members exposure from requisition to New Product Introduction
(NPI). Engage with the most relevant technologies, connect with customers, and

This program is designed to cultivate talent, offering formal training in engineering
fundamentals essential to Baker Hughes Engineers and relevant technical topics for
the business. Be part of a global network, lead initiatives/projects, and solve critical
business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams. International
experiences/assignments are part of this exciting journey.

Qualifications for ASPIRE 2023:

  • BS or MS degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
  • Geographically mobile (locations vary).
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Up to two years of professional work experience, preferably including prior
    internship experience in engineering or technology.
  • Basic understanding of engineering and/or manufacturing fundamentals
