About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager – Product Analyst on the Flights Product team, you will set the
charter, roadmap, and strategy for Goibibo/MakeMyTrip’s flight products. You’ll define
features, drive implementation, and ensure successful launches that improve funnel
conversion, monetization, ancillary uptake, and NPS.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Create interactive dashboards and reports by interpreting multi‑source
data.
o Develop and execute database queries; mine data to uncover trends and
patterns.
→ Product Roadmap & Strategy:
o Define product vision and features based on user behaviour and market
insights.
o Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing) to prioritize
and launch features.
→ Performance Measurement:
o Establish KPIs for product health—conversion metrics, revenue uplift,
engagement.
o Monitor performance post‑launch and iterate to optimize results.
→ Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
o Partner with management to align product initiatives with business goals.
o Support go‑to‑market strategy and coordinate with marketing, sales, and
operations.

Requirements:

→ 4–6 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or a related role,
preferably in travel or e‑commerce.
→ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B. Tech/BE) or equivalent.
→ Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel for data querying and analysis.
→ Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics,
Redash).
→ Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable
insights.
→ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills:

→ Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
→ Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.
→ Understanding of product management life cycle and agile development
processes.
