Job Description:

1.) Sales Forecasting and Strategy Formulation:
→ Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity, customer preferences,
and market trends.
→ Forecast sales projections by product (volume & value) across regions.
→ Responsible for monthly demand planning by aggregating data from all regions.
→ Manage stock planning to ensure sufficient inventory for smooth sales operations.
2.) Achieve Sales Targets:
→ Provide monthly and weekly reports on achieved sales versus targets.
→ Establish yearly and monthly sales targets for dealers, business partners, corporate
clients, and categories.
→ Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met for all categories and regions,
adjusting strategies as needed.
3.) Dealer and Business Partner Management:
→ Maintain regular interaction with dealers and business partners to cultivate longterm relationships.
→ Ensure accessibility to dealers and business partners through frequent visits.
4.) Collections and Credit Control:
→ Ensure timely collection of advance payments from dealers according to company
norms.

Experience:

→ Minimum of 8 years of experience.

Education:

→ MBA preferred, but any graduate degree is acceptable.
