Job Description:
1.) Sales Forecasting and Strategy Formulation:
→ Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity, customer preferences,
and market trends.
→ Develop sales projections by product (volume & value) across regions.
→ Gather product feedback from dealers and customers regularly and report to the
immediate supervisor.
→ Oversee stock planning to ensure adequate inventory levels for smooth sales
operations.
→ Ensure products are displayed and store maintenance aligns with company policies.
→ Develop and execute product promotion plans for the assigned area.
2.) Achieve Sales Targets:
→ Meet monthly sales targets for each dealer in a timely manner.
→ Communicate targets to dealers according to company policies and take ownership
of achieving them.
→ Provide monthly and weekly sales reports comparing achieved sales to targets.
3.) Market Development and Penetration with Market Information (Competitors Activities):
→ Implement market development strategies in line with company guidelines.
→ Gather market information, including competitor activities, on a regular basis.
→ Develop promotional plans for dealers based on gathered market intelligence.
Experience:
→ Minimum of 8 years of experience in the South India market.
Education:
→ MBA preferred, but any graduate degree is acceptable.
