About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – HNI Business, you will act as a Destination
Consultant for affluent clients. You’ll leverage your deep knowledge of destinations,
strong industry networks, and refined sales skills to design bespoke itineraries and
maintain long‑term relationships that drive repeat bookings and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Consultation & Advisory: Advise HNI clients on luxury travel options—
destinations, experiences, accommodations, and itineraries—tailored to their
preferences and budgets.
→ Destination Research: Continuously update your knowledge of global
destinations, pricing trends, customs, and emerging luxury travel offerings.
→ Itinerary Design: Diagnose client specifications (travel style, experiences sought,
spending capacity) to propose compelling, bespoke holiday plans.
→ Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with HNI
clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
→ Stakeholder Networking: Cultivate connections with tourism boards, luxury
hotels, DMCs, and concierge services to secure exclusive experiences and
competitive rates.
→ Client Engagement: Conduct scheduled calls and in‑person meetings to present
proposals, refine details, and finalize bookings.
→ Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and margin targets by upselling premium
packages and ancillary services.

Qualification & Experience:
→ Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in Hospitality, Travel, or Business is
advantageous.
→ 4 – 8 years of experience in luxury or HNI travel consultancy, preferably within an
OTA, tour operator, or high‑end travel agency.
→ Demonstrated expertise in designing and selling upscale holiday packages for
discerning clientele.

pricing, cost structures, and customer satisfaction metrics.
