About the Role:
As the Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Administration, you will assist the Manager in
planning, organizing, and managing the systems and processes within the supply chain
team to provide efficient and professional service to all stakeholders. You will actively seek
opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, with a strong focus on Total
Cost of Ownership (TCO) and process-driven procurement. Key aspects of your role
include:
- Supporting the supply chain team by maintaining accurate data, metrics, and KPIs.
- Planning, scheduling, and quality-assuring procurement and contract activities under the
guidance of the Manager. - Ensuring that workflows and policies are correctly mapped to the procurement system
and maintaining the integrity of item master data. - Collaborating with IT on procurement system upgrades and projects.
- Developing KPIs and strategies to support decision making in the procurement business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing supply chain systems and processes.
- Maintain accurate data and metrics within relevant libraries and tables.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor procurement and contract activities, providing quality assurance throughout.
- Support the supply chain operation from a systems and process standpoint.
- Ensure workflows and policies are accurately mapped to the procurement system.
- Maintain and secure the integrity of item master data across procurement functions.
- Work with IT on procurement system upgrades and projects.
- Develop KPIs and strategies to support and drive decision making in the procurement business.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in ERP systems (such as JDE, Coupa) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with ISO and audit standards is an advantage.
