Job Purpose:

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you’ll deepen relationships with Rural Banking
accounts, support the Relationship Manager in creating business opportunities, and
provide best-in-class service. Manage Joint Liability Groups and centers through the
formation, disbursal, and collection phases. Drive client acquisition and build
household-level customer relationships

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage zoning activity to map household needs in villages and allocated areas.
  • Conduct end-user checks post disbursal of loans, achieving monthly and annual
    group loan booking targets.
  • Assess client needs and generate revenue through cross-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to the penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets.
  • Achieve individual and branch sales goals, ensuring high collections efficiency.
  • Monitor accurate documentation of loans and saving accounts.
  • Coordinate with operations officer for timely and accurate data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with bank requirements.
  • Conduct field audits and customer verifications for high-quality accounts.
  • Gather market intelligence and track against competitor banks.
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality.
  • Provide support for livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science,
    Biology, Business, Computers, Management.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
