Job Purpose:

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will deepen relationships with Rural Banking
accounts, provide top-notch service, and identify mortgage needs for Loan Against
Property. Drive client acquisition, build customer relationships, and contribute to the
growth of our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and generate revenue through cross-selling opportunities.
  • Penetrate mortgage business in Rural markets through lead generation.
  • Map detailed household needs through direct customer interactions.
  • Conduct end-user checks post disbursal of loans.
  • Achieve sales goals and maintain high collections efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with bank requirements.
  • Recommend process changes for service improvement.
  • Support livelihood advancement and community development initiatives

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science,
    Biology, Business, Computers, Management

Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in NBFCs/Banking.
