Join our team as an Associate Account Manager! We are seeking a candidate
responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and
ensuring the successful delivery of projects. If you have experience in account
management and a background in mobile & web development, we want to hear from
you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Manage all legal and financial aspects of client accounts.
• Facilitate cross-functional team communications.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and successful project delivery according to customer needs.
• Communicate progress of initiatives internally.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the
  client.
• Estimate and negotiate project estimates with the client

Key Skills:

• Account Management / Client Management experience.
• Experience in the mobile & web development industry is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and key account management.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA (Good to have Computer Engineer).
