The 3P Selling Partner business, representing approximately 60% of total
Amazon.com sales, is expanding. We are seeking an Associate for the Agency Program
to support Seller Success for the 3P Selling Partner business and contribute to our
mission of making Amazon the most Seller-centric marketplace globally. The role
involves vetting, assigning, and routing leads to the sales team, providing support to
sellers, agencies, and sales reps across SPRS (Selling Partner and Recruitment
Services) org.
The Associate for the Agency Program is the entry-level role in the NSS organization.
Responsibilities include vetting leads, updating records in Salesforce, assigning leads
to sales, and facilitating introductions via email. The individual is expected to perform
these tasks using fair judgment and following instructions provided by the Process
Lead/Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Ability to analyze problems, perform ‘Root Cause Analysis,’ and recommend solutions
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions on critical business tasks
  • Flexible with working shifts, including night shifts (US hours if required)
  • Willingness to take initiatives and responsibilities, including working outside the
    “standard” workday

Key Job Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day volumes of assigned tasks, meeting SLAs per quality standards
  • Maintain records of daily work by updating trackers
  • Flag escalations in case of possible default on SLAs or quality
  • Interact and coordinate with sellers/accounts
  • Flexible with working shifts, including night shifts (US hours if required)
  • Willingness to take initiatives and responsibilities, including working outside the
    “standard” workday
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data mining
  • Strong analytical skills for high school level arithmetic
  • Familiarity with internet navigation and research techniques
  • Technical skills in using and updating Salesforce
