About the Role:
📦 As an Associate – Marketing (Cataloging and Merchandising), you will manage demand/supply sides, own P&L for your portfolio, optimize product listings, execute homepage campaigns, and drive reseller value.
Your work ensures customers see the best prices/choices while growing transactions and supplier success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 📝 Maintain accurate product data, conduct quality checks, and optimize titles/descriptions/metadata for better visibility.
  • 🎯 Plan and execute homepage campaigns for sales, offers, and seasonal events.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with Category, Analytics, Experience, SCM, and Product teams for seamless execution.
  • 📊 Track KAM/homepage performance metrics, generate insights, and prepare reports.
  • ⚙️ Automate processes using Google Sheets/Excel to streamline operations and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 👥 1–3 years experience with 1+ years leading teams in fast-paced environments.
  • 📊 Strong Excel skills for data analysis, POV building, and automation.
  • 🧠 Strategic/tactical thinking with understanding of product listing and cataloging.
  • 💬 Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 🎯 Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
