Job Purpose:

As an Associate Relationship Manager, your role is to deliver high-quality client service,
enhance product sales, and acquire new clients in the Home Loan and Loan Against
Property segments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify new markets and attract customers through local activities like canopy
    events, leaflet distribution, and cold calling.
  • Service leads referred by sales front/cross-selling channels.
  • Implement a client retention approach to manage relationships, enhance product
    sales, and achieve new client growth targets.
  • Achieve individual performance targets for income generation, product sales, and
    new client growth.
  • Oversee the entire process from loan login to disbursement, including fulfilment,
    counselling, and customer support.
  • Prevent customer default by ensuring timely EMI recovery through collaboration with
    collections.
  • Build relationships in the market by engaging with local builders, business
    communities, and new channels.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science,
    Biology, Business, Computers, Management.

Experience:

0 to 2 years in NBFCs/Banking.
