Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Conduct industry research using Google Analytics/keyword tools; restructure verbose content into step-by-step guides.
- 🔧 Author/format DITA XML content using Oxygen editor; create templates/flowcharts; proofread for accuracy.
- 📈 Collaborate on content strategies; manage multiple projects; meet deadlines maintaining client brand voice.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ Exceptional writing/editing/proofreading; excellent English command; deadline management proficiency.
- 🔒 Research using digital tools; content restructuring; client tone alignment; detail-oriented approach.
Desired:
- 📊 English literature graduate; DITA/Oxygen XML experience; text-based AI/LLM models familiarity.
