About the Role:
💻 Design, develop, test, and document application modules in SCRUM/Agile environment, collaborating with Business Analysts, Architecture, and stakeholders for high-quality product delivery.Work on next-generation HCM technologies ensuring efficiency, intuitiveness, beauty, and responsiveness while contributing to team processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🏗️ Design/develop application modules based on functional/system requirements; create detailed development estimates from design documents.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with BAs/Architecture for requirements clarity and architectural integrity; escalate issues affecting project delivery to PM.
  • 📋 Assess Change Requests (CRs), conduct impact analysis/estimation, document code consistently throughout development lifecycle.
  • 🚀 Contribute to software development team’s processes, procedures, best practices, and test planning/execution.

Requirements:

Technical Skills (2+ years):

  • 👨‍💻 Deep knowledge of C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, WCF in Microsoft .NET product development environment.
  • 🗄️ Technical knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server preferred); source control (GIT, VSS); SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
  • 🧪 Knowledge of Test Automation, Performance, Build Automation, Continuous Integration tools.

Preferred:

  • 🎨 Design tools (Visio); strong debugging skills; analytical/structured thinking; distributed team experience.
