About the Role:
Join Meesho’s AI Services team as an Associate / Senior Associate focusing on Voice AI & operational excellence.
You will help analyze voice data, audit performance, design quality frameworks, and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously enhance voice AI systems.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about AI, analytics, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Dive into AI tools and help design workflows and automation for Voice AI operations
📌 Analyze voice data, call logs, and identify defects or process improvements
📌 Implement audit frameworks to assess Voice AI / human interaction quality
📌 Build feedback loops linking operational metrics to enhancements
📌 Work with product, tech, and operations teams to iterate on AI models
📌 Generate reports and dashboards to monitor device / voice system health
📌 Track metrics like latency, error rates, performance across models & regions
Requirements:
🎯 1 – 3 years experience in operations, analytics, process audit, or voice technology roles
🎯 Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from voice / call data
🎯 Interest and curiosity about AI, especially voice and conversational systems
🎯 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
🎯 Proven ability to collaborate across tech, operations, and product functions
