About the Role:
💻 As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Experience Data Services projects by designing, developing, and configuring digital forms, workflows, and customer experience solutions.You’ll collaborate with UX, back-end, and business teams in an Agile setup while honing your skills in AEM and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⚙️ Assist in developing and customizing AEM components, templates, client libraries, and workflows.
  • 📝 Build adaptive, responsive forms using AEM Forms and Experience Data Services frameworks.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with UX designers, back-end engineers, and analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
  • 🔗 Support API integrations and backend logic with Core Java, Servlets, and JSP.
  • 🐛 Perform unit testing, troubleshoot, and support deployments following Adobe best practices for performance, accessibility, and security.

Requirements:

  • 🧩 Solid foundation in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, OOP concepts, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 🔍 Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns; basic front-end development knowledge.
  • 📚 Eagerness to learn AEM Sites, Forms, Assets, and Experience Data Services.
  • 🤝 Strong problem-solving, collaboration, Agile mindset, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • 💡 Exposure to CMS platforms like AEM, WordPress, Sitecore.
  • 🔧 Knowledge of AEM-specific tech: Sightly/HTL, OSGi framework, CRX/CRXDE.
  • 🛠️ Familiarity with Maven, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, JSON schema, XML, and form data processing.
  • ⚛️ Exposure to modern JS frameworks like Angular or React JS.
