About the Role:

As the Asst Manager – Marketing and Communications at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim, you
will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the marketing communications
department. Your role is to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the hotel’s
marketing communications strategy—including advertising, promotions, public relations,
graphics, and collateral—to support the hotel’s marketing objectives. This role ensures
that the hotel maintains a positive presence in local, national, and international markets
while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the marketing communications department in line with
    Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing communications strategies to enhance the
    hotel’s visibility and guest engagement.
  • Create and manage advertising, promotions, and public relations initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams to produce high-quality graphics and collateral materials.
  • Ensure that all communications support the hotel’s marketing objectives and meet brand standards.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies to maximize the hotel’s positive exposure.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree or diploma in Communications is ideal.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a communications Manager or Assistant Marketing Communications Manager.
  • Excellent problem-solving, writing, administrative, and public relations skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
