About the Role:

As an Attendant, Employee Residences, you will be a vital part of our housekeeping team,
responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of our employee residences. Your
daily tasks will include cleaning public spaces, restaurants, corridors, toilets, and garbage
rooms. Additionally, you will clean and set up rooms and apartments for new team
members, assist with linen distribution, stock the storeroom, and help move furniture as
needed. Your efforts ensure that our staff living areas remain comfortable, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain public spaces such as restaurants, corridors, toilets, and garbage
    rooms in the employee residences.
  • Prepare and set up rooms and apartments for new team members.
  • Assist in linen distribution and ensure the storeroom is well-stocked and organized.
  • Move furniture and perform other related housekeeping tasks.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Respond promptly to any immediate housekeeping needs in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as an Attendant or in a similar role within a hospitality or
    staff accommodation environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good command of spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling a moderate amount of weight.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
