Job Description:
Join our dynamic team and lead/manage client digital projects in the Automotive
domain. Take charge of pursuits in large projects, fostering client relationships
throughout.
Contribute to the growth of Invent’s brand in the Indian market by developing
insightful POVs and thought leadership. We’re seeking individuals with a blend of
digital/technological acumen, strategic analysis, and a conceptual-analytical mindset.
Primary Skills:
- 6-11 years of progressive experience in Consulting firms/OEMs in the Automotive domain
- Expertise in CRM/Digital/Sales/Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of Automotive sales, marketing, and aftersales
- Experience in Digital strategy and operations projects
- Proficient in designing, optimizing, and implementing business processes
- Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM in the automotive sector
- Familiarity with CRM in Consulting firms like Salesforce, Infosys, Wipro, EY,
Deloitte, KPMG, PWC
Secondary Skills:
- Track record in thought leadership, POCs, and consulting asset development
- Ability to structure, analyze, and present complex ideas to business leaders and clients
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution
