About the Role
As a Backend Engineer specializing in .NET programming, your primary objective is to
ensure project goals are achieved and aligned with business objectives. You will
collaborate closely with your Scrum team and program team to test, develop, refine, and
implement quality software in production using standard Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
➢ Build scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for both Cloud and onpremises environments.
➢ Demonstrate proficiency in current technologies while also being
experienced in legacy technologies.
➢ Identify and implement necessary architecture changes to meet evolving
project requirements.
➢ Provide cloud integration development support to various project teams.
➢ Rapidly identify and resolve technical incidents as they arise.
➢ Effectively collaborate with Data Science teams to integrate methodologies
into engineering build pipelines.
Key Skills (Domain Expertise)
With 3-5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work
experience, you must possess strong analytical and technical skills in troubleshooting and
problem resolution.
Technical Skills
➢ Hands-on experience in software development, backed by a bachelor’s
degree.
➢ Proficiency in .NET Programming languages such as C#, Basic, and ASP.NET,
alongside Java, Python, JavaScript, and a strong command of SQL.
➢ Familiarity with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or similar.
➢ Solid understanding of Windows, Unix/Linux OS, shell scripting, and Python.
➢ Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring boot/cloud frameworks.
➢ Agile scrum experience in application development.
➢ In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
➢ Experience in deployment and automation using CI/CD Pipeline, with
familiarity in GitLab/Bitbucket.
➢ AWS Programming Certification would be advantageous.
➢ Ability to quickly grasp vendor-owned CATI systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with robust analytical
and technical problem-solving abilities.
