meet vehicle project targets.
o Drive the development of innovative solutions for VE critical parts through
cross-functional collaboration.
→ Design & Simulation:
o Utilize development tools (e.g., Spice, Orcad) and simulation tools (e.g.,
Ansys, Altair) for thermal and vibration analysis.
o Prepare design records, perform failure analysis, and propose corrective
actions based on test data.
→ Process & Documentation:
o Oversee BOM control, layout development (Gerber files), and the
integration of mechanical/electrical components.
o Document design processes, test results, and maintenance of records for
continuous improvement.
→ Compliance & Quality:
o Ensure designs meet EMC, EMI, ESD, and automotive quality standards.
o Implement DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, and DFA practices to improve product
quality and reliability.
