Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage staff, including training, development, and scheduling.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the venue, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any operational issues.
- Implement health, safety, and operational protocols to ensure a safe environment for
staff and customers. - Drive revenue growth through effective management and promotion of services.
- Maintain inventory, manage budgets, and report on performance to senior management
Requirements:
- Background in operations management within leisure, entertainment, recreation, or
theme parks. - Experience as an Operations Manager, Venue Manager, or in similar managerial roles in
sports clubs or kids’ play facilities. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
