Job Purpose:

The Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for scaling up the Retail Banking
business by leading customer service, cross-sell, and premium customer acquisition
for the branch. This role involves developing constructive relationships with key local
clients, boosting business volume, and serving as the financial partner of choice.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Financial Advisory Services and Portfolio Investment Services to key clients.
  • Use applications actively for designing product suitability matrix and financial
    planning for customers.
  • Act as an interface between the Bank and key customers for complete Banking
    Solutions, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, and Customer Servicing.
  • Enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of Wallet.
  • Ensure compliance with branch SOP and control in sales and service.
  • Deepen the relationship by cross-selling Bank’s Products.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relations with local dealers to help source clients and expand
    reach.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives and ensure implementation for overall
    operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide products and
    service offerings to customers.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science,
    Biology, Business, Computers, Management, or any other graduation degree

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
