About the Role:
Join Wipro as a Business Analyst and support modern digital transformation journeys.
In this role, you’ll use your skills to generate business insights, interpret data, monitor market and social media trends, and improve client programs.
The goal is to help teams make smart decisions and deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Analyze industry and social media trends to support business growth
📌 Use data interpretation and analysis to generate actionable insights
📌 Conduct project studies and highlight areas of risk or improvement
📌 Support content management and content moderation for client programs
📌 Prepare reports, presentations, and management dashboards
📌 Collaborate with teams to organize workshops such as Kaizen or VSM
📌 Work directly with clients and internal teams to identify business needs
📌 Present findings in clear, engaging ways to stakeholders
Requirements:
🎯 1–3 years’ experience as a business analyst, preferably in BPO/content moderation
🎯 Graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA/Postgraduate preferred)
🎯 Strong communication and presentation skills
🎯 Proficient in data analysis, using tools like Power BI or Power Apps (good to have)
🎯 Comfortable working as an individual contributor within a larger team
🎯 Familiarity with content management, industry trends, and the latest analytics
🎯 Well-versed in MS Office, dashboards, and reporting
🎯 Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-changing environment
