About the Role:
The Business Analyst – Data Analytics will join a dynamic team shaping strategy and delivering data-driven insights for US Consumer Marketing analytics & investments.
The role involves analyzing customer data, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with teams in product, marketing, and finance to support smarter business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Analyze marketing and customer data to find business insights
📌 Study consumer profitability and lifetime value across channels and products
📌 Create frameworks and models to guide targeting and investment decisions
📌 Evaluate business strategies and recommend improvements
📌 Monitor customer behavior and channel performance to improve ROI
📌 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan initiatives and share findings
📌 Use programming tools (SQL, Python, SAS, BigQuery, Hive) and Excel/PowerPoint for reporting
📌 Support the development of standardized analytics practices
Requirements:
🎯 0–2 years’ experience in analytics, data science, or related business roles
🎯 Degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or finance (Master’s preferred)
🎯 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
🎯 Proficiency with SQL, Python, SAS, BigQuery, Hive, and MS Office suite
🎯 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
🎯 Ability to work proactively, meet deadlines, and deliver results
🎯 Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
