About the Role:
💰 As a Technical Business Analyst in Finance, you will bridge Finance and Product teams to design and deliver key accounting systems driven by business, regulatory, and strategic initiatives.You will perform gap analysis, translate requirements into technical specs for engineers, document processes for scalability, and liaise across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔍 Conduct gap analysis, identify root causes, and escalate issues/risks appropriately.
  • 🤝 Liaise with global stakeholders and serve as the link between Finance and Product teams.
  • 📋 Translate business objectives into detailed functional/technical requirements for finance applications.
  • 📚 Document end-to-end delivery processes into scalable playbooks for repeatability.
  • 👥 Build strong relationships with product teams and support new business initiative integrations.

Requirements:

  • 📊 Extensive business analysis experience with tactical/strategic solutions.
  • 📜 ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.
  • 💻 Impressive data analysis skills; ability to write queries for analysis and reporting.
  • 🏦 Detailed understanding of banking IT systems (trade/transaction workflows to GL entries).
  • ⏳ Ability to work independently across time zones with minimal supervision.
