About the Role:
📊 Identify/analyze business processes/systems for transformation impacts across Business/IT/Operations; support reengineering with risk/cost guidance.
Develop controls/KPIs for project delivery; provide impact assessments/estimates; communicate strategically across global structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔍 Review processes for design implications; guide reengineering, impact assessment on scope/time/budget; accurate estimation for changes.
  • 📈 Build control structures/performance scorecards (KPIs); monitor milestones/budgets/resources; implement mitigations.
  • 🌍 Understand regulatory/customer landscapes; lead/contribute in forums; foster cross-functional teamwork/diversity.

Requirements:

Core Skills:

  • 📋 Excellent BA skills; strong analytical detail-orientation; cross-functional requirements capture.
  • 🔄 Business/process analysis, change/reengineering; planning/deploying business/IT initiatives.

Domain Knowledge:

  • 💳 End-to-end Wholesale Credit lifecycle; PD/LGD/EAD risk parameters; data flows/reporting (Qlik/Tableau).
  • 📊 Data controls/transformations/normalization; strong interpersonal/communication across levels.
