Job Responsibilities:
We seek a qualified CA to manage the Finance and Accounts for a multi-product, multi-locational manufacturing organization linked through an Oracle-based ERP system.
→ Oversee all group accounting activities.
→ Close statutory audits for all units and group companies.
→ Manage finalization of accounts, MIS, and listing disclosure requirements.
→ Ensure statutory compliance.
→ Handle direct and indirect taxation, staying updated with the latest GST guidelines.
→ Manage export rules and formalities.
→ Implement ERP systems.
Requirements:
→ Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of experience.
→ Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
→ Experience in an export-oriented manufacturing company is essential.
→ Strong managerial capabilities.
→ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
