Experience: 5-7 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain chatbot
    applications
  • Utilize Artificial Intelligence, NLP technologies, and cognitive machine learning
  • Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels
  • Refactor or reengineer chatbot applications as per requirements
  • Provide guidance to team members during development and testing phase

Additional Responsibilities (For Experienced Candidates):

  • Support (L3 level) and Troubleshooting
  • Peer review code and test cases

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of chatbot development experience
  • 3-10 years of overall IT experience
  • Strong experience with Chatbot development platforms/frameworks/architecture

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Dialogue
  • Artificial Intelligence (IBM Watson)
