About the Role:
📈 As Chief Sales Officer for EMEA & APAC, you will develop sales strategies, drive revenue growth, lead high-performance teams, expand market presence, build partnerships, and leverage data analytics for market penetration in Zycus’ SaaS procurement solutions across complex regional landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🎯 Develop/implement comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Zycus growth goals for EMEA/APAC.
  • 💰 Achieve/exceed revenue targets through new business, market expansion, and customer retention.
  • 👥 Lead/mentor/scale high-performing sales teams fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • 🤝 Establish relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders for market expansion.
  • 📊 Leverage data analytics for strategy refinement, performance measurement, and resource optimization.

Requirements:

  • 💼 20+ years sales leadership (5+ years CSO/VP Sales level) with proven SaaS/procurement success.
  • 🌍 Strong EMEA/APAC experience with deep market/customer/regulatory understanding.
  • 🚀 Demonstrated revenue growth and market share expansion in competitive environments.
  • 👥 Exceptional leadership to motivate diverse, large sales teams with negotiation/presentation skills.
