Role Responsibilities:

  • Business: Comprehend the client care center inbound role and its impact on
    economic and market environments.
  • Processes: Execute and supervise Service Levels, identify business opportunities,
    challenges, and bring in controls.
  • People and Talent: Lead by example, build culture, provide training and
    development, ensure skilled and qualified teams.
  • Risk Management: Interpret call drivers, identify key issues, and implement
    appropriate controls and measures.
  • Governance: Assess effectiveness, deliver effective governance, oversee changes in
    relevant areas.
  • Regulatory and Business Conduct: Understand and comply with the regulatory
    framework and Group Code of Conduct.
