Job Description:

Medpace is currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead global clinical
research studies. This role is based in our Mumbai, India office. Medpace is a
scientifically driven organization that provides full-service support to its clients,
allowing project teams to lead and execute clinical trials effectively

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Trial Manager serves as the project lead for multiservice global clinical
trials. They collaborate with sponsors, manage project timelines, and ensure the
delivery of project objectives. The CTM coordinates all services contracted for the
study. Additionally, CTMs lead cross-functional teams, which include clinical
monitoring, study start-up, regulatory, contract, safety, and medical monitoring.
CTMs may also be required to participate in bid defence meetings and support the
business development team in securing new projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in clinical trial management in the Asia Pacific
    region, ideally within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting.
  • Experience in Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic Disease (CVRM) studies is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Adaptability, accountability, and comfort working in a global environment.
