About the Role:
As Collections Manager at Fi, you will lead and mentor an in-house team of collection
agents across India, driving the end-to-end collections lifecycle for unsecured loans. You
will design and optimize tele-collection strategies, manage CRM integrations, negotiate
repayment plans, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining a customer-centric
approach.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of in-house collection
agents to meet targets and SLAs.
→ Process Ownership: Oversee the full collections lifecycle—from initial contact
and reconciliation calls to dispute resolution and escalations.
→ Channel Strategy: Design and execute tele-collections campaigns for unsecured
loan products, optimizing call scripts, timing, and segmentation.
→ CRM & Tools: Maintain and enhance CRM configurations to support workflows,
reporting, and performance tracking.
→ Pan-India Coordination: Ensure consistent collections practices and
performance across all regions.
→ Negotiation & Recovery: Lead complex negotiations for repayment, propose
sustainable plans, and secure commitments.
→ Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (DSO, roll-rate, cure-rate), identify trends,
and implement process improvements.
→ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with credit, risk, and product teams to
refine policies and escalate high-risk accounts.

Requirements:
→ 4+ years in collections or risk operations, with at least 2 years leading or managing
teams.
→ Proven track record in tele-collections for credit or unsecured loan products.
→ Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused mindset.
→ Experience integrating and leveraging CRM platforms for collections workflows.
→ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
→ Data-driven approach with ability to analyze performance metrics and drive
improvements.
