About the Role:
As the Community Ops & Events Manager, you will own end-to-end daily operations for
our offline club in Bombay. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the club runs smoothly
and that our members enjoy an exceptional experience. Working 6 days a week, you will
manage rosters, be present on weekends for experiences, and swiftly resolve any member
or club-related queries to foster a cohesive community.
You will also plan and execute our monthly community events with the team, brand
partners, and vendors—always striving to surpass the previous event’s success. This role
is not just about saying you love community-building; it’s about living it. If you understand

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our offline club in Bombay to ensure seamless
functionality and outstanding member experiences. - Manage rosters and be available on weekends to support community events and
experiences. - Address and resolve member and club-related queries quickly to maintain a cohesive
community. - Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly community events with internal teams, brand
partners, and vendors. - Continuously innovate and strive to make every event better than the last.
- Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of
projects and campaigns from ideation to execution and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in community operations or hospitality; experience in startups is
a big plus. - Strong project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and
manage multiple stakeholders. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for community building and creating meaningful experiences.
- Comfortable hosting events and engaging with a crowd.
- Spunk, hunger to learn, humility, and ambition to build a company someday are highly
desirable.
