Job Description

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a significant role in Kaseya’s Governance, Risk, and
Compliance team, supporting compliance management activities and performing
assessments to ensure adherence to industry laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Ensure company compliance with industry laws and regulations.
→ Conduct audits and gap assessments to fulfill security requirements.
→ Perform end-to-end assessment activities such as GDPR, NIST, CMMC, and HIPAA.
→ Support management in phishing and Training Campaigns.
→ Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal
policies.
→ Analyze and update compliance policies and documentation.
→ Develop and maintain a compliance recordkeeping system.
→ Coordinate and support compliance audits and assessments.
→ Identify missing compliance-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
→ Conduct internal and external SOC 2 type 2 Audits.

Requirements:

→ Bachelor’s degree with at least 3+ years of prior experience in IT security,
information security, governance, risk, and compliance.
→ Deep understanding of risk assessment frameworks and IT risk assessments.
→ Previous experience developing and testing business continuity and disaster
recovery plans.
→ Experience with third-party risk assessments and security standards.
→ Familiarity with incident response and handling.
→ Proficiency in compliance management software.
→ Effective research and professional networking skills.
→ Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
→ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
