Client Life Cycle Management

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Independently resolve tickets, ensuring adherence to agreed SLA for ticket
volume and response time.
✓ Provide support for on-call escalations, L3 level support, incident and problem
management.
✓ Contribute to value-adding activities such as updating and managing the
knowledge base, training freshers, coaching analysts, and participating in hiring
drives.
✓ Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
✓ Ensure a positive customer experience and high CSAT through First Call
Resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions or reopened cases.
✓ Participate or contribute to EN business in creating proposals for driving service
improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4.5 years of experience in Client Life Cycle Management.
  • B-Tech qualification.
