Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings in Atlassian tools.
  • Configure and administer Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and X-Ray.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements on Atlassian
    products, including automations, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and notifications,
    and deliver them timely.
  • Stay current on Atlassian product updates and industry best practices to optimize system
    performance.
  • Provide end-user support for all Atlassian tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other
    applications as required.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and
    procedures.
  • Work closely with the Information Security Team to ensure a secure Atlassian
    environment.
  • Monitor JIRA performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Optimize JIRA configurations to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Develop new project boards by collaborating with internal teams.
    Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and plugins like X-Ray).
  • Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications in Atlassian products are an added advantage
