Job Description:

Genpact is seeking applications for the role of Consultant, Manual Quality Tester. We’re
looking for a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to adapt quickly to change. If you thrive in both team and independent

Responsibilities:

  • Understand existing product functionality through provided documentation
  • Create high-quality test cases based on business requirements
  • Execute test cases, report defects, and communicate with clients
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
  • Participate in client-facing activities

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Engineering degree or related technical field from Tier 1 / Tier 2 college
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in creating and executing test cases
  • Familiarity with SDLC and web applications
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions
  • Knowledge of cloud and web applications

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Knowledge of relational databases (Postgres / Oracle)
  • Experience in the banking / finance domain
  • Familiarity with SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
