About the Role:
The Consultant – Quality Analyst drives improvement and automation of quality assurance processes.
Duties include designing and maintaining manual and automated tests, collaborating with teams, and supporting Agile testing cycles 🔍.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Develop and implement manual and automated testing solutions
📌 Manage automated test frameworks and tools for continuous release validation
📌 Create and maintain test documentation aligned with requirements
📌 Communicate testing status and report defects with corrective recommendations
📌 Participate in Agile release planning, user acceptance, and early access testing
📌 Support transition from manual to automated testing for efficiency gains
Qualifications:
🎯 Bachelor’s degree (B.E / MCA or equivalent)
🎯 5-9 years of experience in software testing (manual & automated)
🎯 Experience testing ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change modules etc.)
🎯 Skill in converting requirements to test cases and working in Agile teams
🎯 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Experience with BPM systems
✅ Microsoft technology familiarity
✅ Automated Test Framework (ATF) certification
✅ ISTQB certification
