About the Job:

As part of gTech’s Users and Products team (gUP), the Content Strategist plays a pivotal
role in enhancing user experiences across Google’s products globally. By collaborating
closely with product areas and leveraging user insights, gUP builds innovative solutions to
elevate user engagement and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in content strategy, business strategy, or related project/program
    management roles.
  • Experience leading multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing strategic content plans and analysing user data.
  • Proficiency in experimenting with new content formats.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to distill complex user issues into actionable content strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all gUP-supported content for designated
    products.
  • Drive overall content strategy aligned with user needs and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to ensure the creation and delivery of effective
    content across all channels.
  • Partner with stakeholders for content approvals and align content solutions with
    business goals and priorities.
  • Identify optimization opportunities using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with gUP Product and Analytics teams to conduct experiments and user
    studies to enhance content effectiveness.
