Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate IT project contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and procurement agreements.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and prevent breaches.
  • Manage legal aspects of ISO compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, and
    risk mitigation.
  • Handle international import/export processes and cross-border IT contracts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in legal roles within the IT industry.
  • Strong expertise in IT contracts, SLA tracking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex contractual issues
