About the Job:

Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will spearhead building AiDash’s
accounting function. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate reporting of financial
statements, revenue recognition, technical accounting research, and day-to-day
operations. The Corporate Controller will establish infrastructure, systems, and processes
to ensure compliant operations across functions.

Job Responsibilities:

➢ Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, enhancing business
processes and systems to support strategic growth.
➢ Prepare financial statements under GAAP/IFRS, ensuring data integrity.
➢ Manage financial and operational systems, analysing key SaaS and business
metrics.
➢ Oversee operational accounting functions including revenue, billing, accounts
payable, cash management, and equity administration.
➢ Collaborate with sales on contracts, revenue recognition, and improving the
prospect-to-cash cycle.
➢ Communicate financial results and trends across the organization.
➢ Coordinate global month-end close process and ensure compliance with policies
and regulations.
➢ Manage external auditor relationships and provide technical accounting
leadership.
➢ Develop internal controls and best practices, assist with stock option pool
management.
➢ Serve as a liaison for Board of Directors & Investors, preparing materials for
presentations.

What We’re Looking For:

➢ 7+ years of experience building accounting functions for dynamic SaaS companies.
➢ Proven ability to recruit and retain top talent.
➢ Extensive technical accounting experience, including stock-based compensation
and revenue recognition.
➢ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the
organization.
➢ Strategic agility with a focus on business case, ROI, and long-term strategy.
➢ Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic work environments.
