Roles & Responsibilities:

The Course Advisor, also known as an admissions Consultant or Educational
Counsellor, will play a pivotal role in the Admissions & Outreach Team.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting educational counselling for prospective students about AND Academy
    and its programs via calls and ERP utilization.
  • Achieving daily targets by making 80-90 calls and actively participating in lead
    generation.
  • Delivering information sessions at various platforms such as school fairs,
    presentations, education fairs, campus walk-ins, and over the phone.
  • Working towards meeting admission targets set by the team.
  • Efficiently using the customer relationship management system for managing and
    updating prospective student accounts.

Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, courteous demeanour.
  • Initiative-taking capability with the ability to work independently.
  • IT skills with knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and note-taking.
  • Proficiency in email etiquette and writing skills.
  • Teamwork ability and flexibility in working hours (9.00 A.M–6.00 P.M, Monday to
    Saturday).
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate or Equivalent Degree.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years (Candidates from South Delhi preferred).
  • Remuneration: ₹25-35k/month + incentives (Negotiable and commensurate with
    skills and qualifications).
