Job Responsibilities:

➢ Spearhead content production for the Lexi Rivera YouTube channel, including
scriptwriting, filming, and directing.
➢ Develop and execute the channel’s content strategy.
➢ Act as the lead camera operator and ensure optimal production equipment and
materials.
➢ Direct and oversee all aspects of production, from conception to completion.
➢ Monitor video views across platforms and drive month-over-month (MoM) and
year-over-year (YoY) growth.
➢ Travel with Lexi and team as required.
➢ Plan and shoot thumbnails, with Photoshop experience being advantageous for
mock-ups.
➢ Supervise quality control revisions to maintain the channel’s high standards during
post-production.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in producing both short and long-form
content for YouTube. They are deeply passionate about video production and committed
to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements:

➢ Willingness to work in or relocate to Huntington Beach, CA.
➢ Minimum 1 year of experience in producing high-performing short and long-form
content.
➢ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
➢ Fluency in English.
➢ Must be 18 years or older.

Fluency in English is essential.
