Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Creative Leadership:

  1. Provide visionary creative direction for all graphic design projects.
  2. Establish and maintain the artistic style and visual identity of the brand.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative design concepts into projects.

B. Team Management:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative work
    environment.
  2. Assign tasks and projects, ensuring clear objectives and deadlines.
  3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.

C. Project Planning and Coordination:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
  2. Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion.
  3. Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as necessary.

D. Quality Control:

  1. Review and approve design deliverables to maintain quality standards.
  2. Provide feedback to enhance the overall quality of work.

E. Brand Consistency:

  1. Ensure visual elements adhere to brand guidelines across platforms.
  2. Align design strategies with overall brand goals.

F. Budget Management:

  1. Allocate resources effectively and manage project costs.
  2. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design leadership.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating various design projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
