As a Curriculum Leader, you will be a key member of the Secondary School Leadership
Team, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning. You will provide
pedagogical leadership, establish new subject directions, and contribute to ongoing
professional development for teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Develop and implement policies and practices for the Curriculum Area
✓ Monitor progress and effects on teaching and learning
✓ Provide guidance on teaching methods to meet student needs
✓ Facilitate performance development of teaching staff
✓ Budget forecasting and utilization for Curriculum Area
✓ Ensure collaboration with parents and external agencies
✓ Keep abreast of latest developments in the Curriculum Area
✓ Support school policies and values
