Job Description:

Passionate about resolving customer queries? Airtel Payments Bank Ltd is seeking a
dedicated Customer Grievance Officer (CGO) to manage customer grievances, provide
timely resolution, and serve as a frontline ambassador of the bank.

Key Deliverables

  1. Resolve queries end-to-end, ensuring zero repeat and escalations.
  2. Manage customer grievances in defined timelines.
  3. Responsible for operations activities in the assigned geography, covering
    one or more districts.
  4. Visit designated locations in each district for a defined duration.
  5. Collate and share complaints with the central team through CRM.
  6. Enlighten customers on the grievance redressal mechanism, resolution
    time frames, and contact details of relevant authorities.
  7. Maintain updated knowledge of the bank’s policies and product
    offerings.
  8. Contact concerned parties to get grievances redressed promptly.
  9. Prioritize complaints received through official channels and consumer
    forums.
  10. Promote and market new and existing products and services introduced
    by the bank.
  11. Adhere to all banking policies determined by the board of directors
