Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer relationship or client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and timely
  • Proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Manage client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services or enhance the
    customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to address
    customer needs.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients based on their needs and
    preferences.
  • Maintain records of interactions and transactions with customers for reference and
    analysis.
  • Strive to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.
