Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Engineer at GE Healthcare, you will install and maintain Imaging
equipment like CT, Cath Lab, MRI, PETCT, ensuring customer satisfaction. Join us in

Job Description:

➢ Technical: Maintain and troubleshoot Multi-Modality Imaging Equipment. Perform
system level troubleshooting on complex issues.
➢ Customer Satisfaction: Interface with doctors and technicians daily to address
equipment status issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
➢ Business Growth: Assist in business growth and direction in the assigned
geographic area.
➢ Productivity: Control Warranty and PMS contract costs. Complete administration
tasks and documentation on time.
➢ Installation: Lead installations in complex and multifunctional rooms.
➢ Quality Assurance: Maintain effective quality systems compliant with ISO 9001
standards.
➢ Sales Support: Assist in account sales visits, identify sales opportunities, and
communicate to account team.
➢ Location: Based in Silchar, supporting the North East region. May need to relocate
within North-Eastern cities as per business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

➢ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
➢ 3+ years of experience in servicing medical equipment, preferably CT/Cath
Lab/MRI/PET-CT/X-ray.
➢ Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and
electronic equipment.
➢ Availability for after-hours work and rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
➢ Proficiency in English.

➢ Strong oral and written communication skills.
➢ Flexibility to work in any assigned location based on business requirements
