About the Role:
📞 Generate leads and build client relationships through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to convert conversations into long-term partnerships.Create tailored proposals, pitch marketing services via messages/calls/Zoom, manage client communication, and track pipeline in CRM to meet lead generation targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔍 Manage freelancing platforms: actively bid on projects, follow up with clients regularly, and generate quality leads.
  • 💼 LinkedIn outreach: identify decision-makers, send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages using Sales Navigator.
  • 📝 Write custom proposals based on client needs; pitch marketing services confidently through various channels.
  • 📊 Maintain CRM with daily progress; achieve weekly/monthly lead generation/conversion targets; provide performance reports.

Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

  • 👥 0–1 year experience; proactive attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • 📱 Comfortable with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • ✍️ Ability to write compelling, customized proposals and pitch services effectively.
